Cobra IT was founded in 2019 with the goal of providing high-quality customer-oriented services to small businesses in and around Anchorage. We offer the most practical means of accomplishing this goal, using our experiences from working with various clients under different employers. Everyone at Cobra IT understands clients have specific needs - we implement cost-efficient solutions to meet those needs.

Using hand-picked and tested industry tools allows Cobra IT’s experienced technicians to excel at providing top-notch technical support, customer service, and documentation of your IT systems. We partner with various companies to provide multiple software solutions to our clients.

Our Communication

At Cobra IT, LLC, we work with our clients to create an atmosphere of openness and communication. While IT may not be your specialty, we break IT down for you.

We provide comprehensive information about your systems and network, so you don’t need to be an IT expert to understand your systems. This helps ensure seamless technical support and provides a foundation to build upon for future planning.

Our Subscriptions

Cobra IT’s subscriptions are built to include the basic needs for small businesses without causing unneeded financial burdens. Subscriptions are designed to include what small businesses need and want. Of course, we offer add-ons to provide any extra bells & whistles a client could desire.

All subscriptions are month-to-month and can be canceled at any time prior to the 1st of the month. We don’t lock anyone into a term-contract.
