Cobra IT’s maintenance includes:

  • Limited 3rd-party Software Patching

  • Backup management & resolution of issues

  • Labor for minor hardware replacements/upgrades

  • Firmware updates for network equipment and printers

Additionally, our maintenance system offers a handful of automated scripts to perform various tasks in the background without interrupting your employees. Examples of tasks include:

  • Hard drive cleanup

  • Hard drive defragmentation

 
 

 Monitoring

Our system has active monitoring for the following:

  • Hardware performance

  • Hard drive space

  • Windows and software crashes

  • Backup completion status

  • Offline servers

  • Antivirus status/detection alerting

 
 

 Remote Assistance

Cobra IT provides remote assistance to your business. Our skilled technicians work with you and your employees remotely to solve a variety of issues. We also provide server management.

Common service requests include fixing issues with:

  • Outlook or email connectivity

  • Virus/malware cleanups

    • We swap out the backup drive weekly to ensure you always have an offsite backup
